How do I return an item?
Naturally, we want you to love your purchase and shop with confidence! If you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. If you would like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the Soap Hope team will get back to you within 2 business days.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN:
Eligible items must be postmarked within 45 days of the original ship date and must be unused and unopened. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted.
If you do not receive exactly what you ordered then we will happily replace the item and provide a return shipping label, if needed, or provide a refund.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please contact Soap Hope as soon as possible. Please note that shipped orders cannot be canceled.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS:
Refunds or credits will be issued in the amount paid at the time of purchase, inclusive of any discounts or promotions applied.
All refunds and/or credits will be processed to the original payment method.
